Time keeps moving, and we are still having fun. I admitted to myself the other day that New Jersey is growing on me. What?? Yep. I finally decided all this green is quite beautiful! And weird, I don't really notice the bugs anymore. It helps that this summer has been FABULOUS weather. Honestly, it was "hot" for a couple weeks (80's with humidity) but it rains and cools down and for the most part we're feeling fresh out here! I would even consider living here long term, except I can't get over the housing prices. I'm just too cheap. Really, there is always something to like and something to dislike. Your choice.
Now when I go back to Utah I'll have to adjust to all that brown again.
Well, I've been taking pictures, so here is an update with some Polaroids.

Tori is my best friend's (Rachael) little sister. She and her husband moved out here earlier this year and just welcomed a darling baby! I got to go visit in the hospital and went to her apartment later. Another younger sister is staying with them and her mom came to visit from Utah - being with them was so fun and it felt like home with adopted family.
Finally took a picture with these lovely missionaries! I've been going with them every week to visit with people and share the gospel of Jesus Christ. It's nice to say I'm doing some kind of service, but I also just love spending time with these two! They have been my "insta-friends" out here and it's always a fun time. Going with them is also the number one reason I know people in the ward.
Paula invited me to go with her and her friend to visit Longwood Gardens in PA. Click on the pic for a link. Apparently Pierre du Pont - who was fabulously wealthy - decided to turn his 1,077 acre property into all kinds of gardens. I'm not a botany enthusiast, but this was incredible! This is inside the conservatory - lots of South American plants.
Two more weeks to go and we haven't even scratched the surface of everything we could see here. I'm especially excited to see Washington D.C. on our way out!

Lauresa
